Yes, all of our plans include a free trial where you can play around with PontaHR and all of its features without any limitations. We’ll set you up with a filled-out demo environment so you can get a good sense of how PontaHR feels and works. For small teams that hire once in a while, you can then move to our free tier that includes up to 3 users and 1 active listing.
All of our paid tiers are invoiced on a yearly basis. Adding and removing users or moving to a larger tier is billed on a pro-rated basis. This means that you are charged only for the seats and time you actually use.
Congratulations on expanding your team! If you are on our Start plan, we will invoice you for the additional user on a pro-rated basis. If you are on our Grow plan, you can add as many users as you like, so nothing changes for you!
On our Free plan, you can have up to 1 active listing. On our paid tiers, there are no limits to how many job listings, candidates, or members you can have in PontaHR. Knock yourselves out!
PontaHR does not store your credit card information and your data does not pass through our servers. We use Stripe as our payment processor and everything is fully PCI-compliant. If you trust your bank, you can trust us.
Of course. You can cancel at any time. We’ll make sure you have access to all of the data you collected in PontaHR.
