You can now select a handful of time slots that work for your team and send them directly to the candidate—letting them pick the one that suits them best. No more endless back-and-forth, just faster and smoother interview scheduling.
Set up a meeting proposal
- When scheduling an interview, you’ll see your teammates’ real-time availability (pulled from Google or Outlook Calendar).
- Select a few time slots that work for the hiring team.
- We send out an email to the candidate asking them to pick their time. You can customize the message they receive.
- The candidate picks the time that suits them best. No back-and-forth needed.
- If a suggested time slot gets booked in the meantime, it’s automatically removed so you never double-book.
