Fill out scorecards in previous stages
Previously, you could only add your scorecard in the stage the candidate was in currently. We've heard your feedback and now you can add your feedback (if it was needed) in any previous stage the candidate was in.
Removing empty workflow stages
On the application page, either by mistake or a change of heart, you could end up with empty workflow steps. If that wasn't intentional, you can now tap on ••• and remove that workflow step from the candidate timeline.
If you remove a step between two identical workflow steps (e.g. "New" -> "Shortlist" -> "New"), we will automatically merge your feedback in the two "New" steps. 💅
Improvements and Fixes
- 🔧 Filtering your candidates in the candidate database will now keep your filters even if you refresh the page. This also has the added benefit where you can copy the URL from your browser, share it with your coworker, and they will see the same results.
- 🔧 Deactivated members are now grayscaled throughout PontaHR so that you can more easily identify your old teammates.
- 🐞 After bulk moving candidates between listings, we wouldn't refresh the page even though we would move the candidates. Now they're off your screen as soon as you move them!
