How long does the migration take?
Most teams are fully migrated within 24–48 hours. Once we have your export or access to your current ATS, we handle the rest and keep you posted along the way.
How much does the migration cost?
Nothing. Free data migration is included with every plan, whichever tool you're coming from and however much data you have.
Can we keep hiring while the migration happens?
Yes. You keep working in your current ATS until PontaHR is ready, and before the switchover we'll bring over anything new that arrived in the meantime. We'll agree on the handover moment together, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Will my team need training to use PontaHR?
No. PontaHR is designed to be intuitive from day one, and most teams are up and running the same day, without a training call. If anyone does get stuck, a real human from our team is one message away.
Can we try PontaHR before we commit?

What if our current ATS won't export everything?
