We also made it easier to find and attach interview kits and email templates when you need them.
Performance & Reliability Under the Hood
Over the past few weeks, we've been deep in the infrastructure layer of PontaHR. While these aren't flashy feature launches, they're the kind of improvements that make your day-to-day experience noticeably better.
We've optimized database queries, improved how data gets loaded across the app, and tightened up response times throughout the platform. The result? PontaHR is now significantly faster — especially when dealing with large candidate pools, busy job listings, or team workspaces with lots of activity.
This work also sets us up for what's coming next. As we continue to ship new features (AI agents, integrations, and more), we're making sure the foundation stays rock-solid.
Easier Discovery for Interview Kits & Email Templates
If you've built up a library of interview kits or email templates, finding the right one used to involve a bit of scrolling. Not anymore.
- Interview kits are now sorted alphabetically and include a search field when you're assigning them to a workflow stage. If you have dozens of kits for different roles or stages, you can now jump straight to the one you need.
- Email templates now have search too. When composing an email, just start typing to filter down your template library instantly.
These are small changes, but they add up — especially if you're juggling multiple roles or handling high application volume.
Improvements and Fixes
- 🐞 Fixed an issue where links could overflow on public job listing pages.
- 🐞 Fixed a data loss bug that could happen if you resized your browser window while composing an email.
- 🐞 Squashed a bug that occurred when reordering rejection reasons in Settings.
- 🐞 Fixed an issue when deleting an empty workflow step.
