Schedule interviews with candidates

You can now schedule interviews with candidates directly from PontaHR — no more switching between tools. This release introduces native calendar integration with Google and Outlook, so you can schedule, track, and join meetings without ever leaving the platform.

We’re just getting started — support for candidates to self-schedule interviews is coming over the next few weeks.

Schedule Meetings with Ease

Whenever you're on the candidate's application page, just hit the "+ Meeting" button to send them an invite. You can:

• pick the date, time, and duration for your interview,
• choose participants from your team (or any other email address),
• add conferencing, locations, and any additional notes.

Native Calendar Integration

As with our emailing integrations, your Google or Outlook calendars are deeply integrated with PontaHR. This means that:

• candidates will see an invite directly from you in their calendars,
• we will automatically track who accepted, declined, or hasn't actioned an invite from you — you're able to see this status directly in PontaHR,
• all of your conferencing will be automatically created and you're able to join meetings straight from PontaHR.
