How long do we have before Freshteam shuts down?
Until the end of your current subscription term. Freshworks stopped renewals on March 7, 2026, so there's no extending it — the last contracts run out by April 2027. Moving early means you choose the timing instead of a deadline choosing it for you.
Can you migrate everything out of Freshteam?
We migrate everything Freshteam lets us get to: candidates, jobs, pipelines, CVs and documents, notes, interview feedback, and email threads. If any part of your data can't be exported, you'll know exactly what and why before you commit — no surprises after the switch.
What does the migration cost?
Nothing. Free white-glove migration is included with every plan, however much data you have. You send us an export or add us as an admin, and our team rebuilds your hiring data in PontaHR while you keep working.
Can we keep hiring while we move?
Yes. You keep working in Freshteam until PontaHR is ready, and before the switchover we'll bring over anything new that arrived in the meantime. We'll agree on the handover moment together, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We also used Freshteam for onboarding and time off. Does PontaHR cover that?
We'll be straight with you: PontaHR is an applicant tracking system, built to be the best place to run your hiring — it doesn't try to be an HRIS. If you used Freshteam's employee records or time-off features, you'll want a separate tool for those, and we're happy to tell you in the demo whether PontaHR covers what you need before you commit.
