Locations, work arrangement, and filters on your careers page

Every job has a place and a way of working. Up until now, you could add those as custom fields to your job listings in PontaHR. Today, we made them first-party citizens, from your settings all the way through to what candidates see on your careers page.

Set up your locations once in Settings

You can now manage your company's locations in Settings → Careers → Locations. Add each office or hub once, give it a name your team will recognize, pick the country, and fill in the city, postal code and street address if you have them. Only the name and country are required.

From there, every location is available to anyone creating a listing. No more retyping the same address into the description.

Locations and work arrangement on listings

Two new fields sit on the job listing form:

• Work Arrangement, which is On-site, Fully remote or Hybrid.
• Locations, a searchable multi-select over the locations you set up. Hiring for the same role in several offices? Pick every one of them on a single listing. If you need one that isn't there yet, you can add it without leaving the form, and we'll add it to your selection once it's saved.

In your listings table, each listing shows its locations. Past two, the rest collapse into a +N you can hover to see them all.

If your organization is connected to Indeed, keep in mind that Indeed takes one location per job, so a listing needs a single location to publish while the connection is on.

Candidates can filter by location and arrangement

On your public careers page, every listing now states its work arrangement and locations:

• The Good To Know panel on the listing page shows the work arrangement and the city and country of each location.
• Listing cards carry the locations under the job title. Two offices in the same city show up as one line.
• On-site is spelled out rather than left blank.

And on your careers page, right under the Join Us heading, there's now a filter row. Work arrangement is a set of pills (All, On-site, Fully remote, Hybrid) in your brand color, next to a clearable location picker showing city and country. A listing with several locations shows up under each of them.
